What is the difference between employment mediation and hiring?

The difference between employment mediation and the transfer of workers is that the agency finds workers and helps to obtain the necessary documents for the stay and work of foreign workers in the EU and coordinates the arrival of workers at the employer.

In the case of mediation, residence and work permits are issued to the employer, and the employer is obliged to take care of the workers from the beginning of their work.

When hiring workers, the employer has fewer obligations, but the costs are generally higher overall. In the case of assignment, the employer is an agency that temporarily assigns foreign workers to the employer with whom it has a contract.
