The process of hiring foreign workers consists of three key steps: the first step is the selection of workers, the second step is obtaining a work and residence permit and visa, followed by the third step or arrival of workers at the location.

In order to find a suitable workforce we need to provide the required profile of the worker which includes occupation, work experience, job description and skills. It is also important to state the number of workers and the time period for which you need them. Given that the process of arrival of foreign workers depends on the institutions (eg CES, MIA, Embassies, etc.) where it is necessary to obtain a work and residence permit and visa, the process has no fixed deadline. The process usually takes between a month and a half to three months.

Sunrise Jobs collects the necessary documentation and assists in the process of obtaining work permits and visas. The entire process involves state institutions, the Croatian Employment Service, the Ministry of the Interior, embassies and state institutions from the countries from which the workers come.
